For five years after the date of original purchase, we warrant to you if you are the original purchaser that the products purchased by you will be free from defects in material or workmanship when installed and used in accordance with our specifications. If you return the warranted product to us at our plant during said five year period, we will repair or, at our option, replace any product that is defective in material or workmanship.

You pay round trip transportation costs for return of repaired or replaced products. This warranty covers installation and use of warranted products in accordance with our specifications and excludes damages not caused by defects in material or workmanship, including, but not limited to, damage that occurs in shipment, damage caused by construction debris, or damage that results from the unauthorized repair, alteration, removal or reinstallation of warranted products, misuse, accident, and natural disasters. Also excluded are defects such as minor surface irregularities and warpage, color variations, the presence of small particles of foreign matter and other minor irregularities commonly encountered in natural marble and in engineered products. Any unauthorized repair of warranted products will void this warranty.

IF THE WARRANTED PRODUCT QUALIFIES AS A “CONSUMER PRODUCT” UNDER THE MAGNUSON MOSS WARRANTY ACT, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO FIVE YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, AND THEREAFTER ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

This limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of covered products and is not transferable.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
